PFW Vivienne Westwood Gold Label F/W 2014/15

It is already a habit, almost a necessity: I follow the fashion shows of Dame Vivienne Westwood in real time, so big is my curiosity to see the new creations.
And when I see them they lighten me up, I realize that I smile when I leaf through the pics of the show: she does not upset me but she never betrays me, she remains true to herself but she always brings innovation, you feel a leitmotif but it's never exasperated, there are those 2-3 exaggerated -in a manner of speaking- items but these are always the ones I like the most ... and then there are the fabrics, the match'n mix, the colors, the english bags and the crazy shoes ... as only Vivienne knows how to invent !
Three key influences in this fall collection writes Andreas Kronthaler in the press release that was sent to me during the show: inspiration to the costumes of the famous House Of Worth with the famous Worth tulle, inspiration to the clothing of Ashaninka tribe in Peru that Vivienne and Andreas have visited in 2013 and some detail in military green as a symbol for their constant fight for the environment.
